Trauma Informed Care Community Training
Date: Friday, May 15th
Time: 8:45 am to 12 pm
Location: Virtual or In-Person
This training explores how trauma affects the brain, overall health, and behavior from childhood through adulthood. This session will equip professionals, caregivers, and community leaders with the insight needed to recognize signs of trauma and respond with empathy and effectiveness.
In-person trainings will be held at The Center for Collaboration: 1100 Rockledge Blvd., Rockledge, FL. Virtual Trainings will be hosted on Zoom. Individual links will be sent following registration.
Fall FamFest
FamFest brings Brevard County families together for a free day of activities, games, resources, and opportunities to strengthen family bonds. Past FamFest events have included engaging games and activities for all ages, centered on building relationships, resilience, communication, and family connection.
More than 60 families were served in 2025, with over 220 community members in attendance, enjoying games, team-building activities, crafts, food, and fun across a variety of interactive stations. We are incredibly grateful to the generous sponsors who helped make FamFest possible!

FamFest is designed to be fun, welcoming, and meaningful for the whole family. Event details may vary each year, but families can look forward to activities that encourage connection and help support mental wellness.
