Training:

Through the Thrive Within campaign, we offer training on a variety of mental health and wellness topics, including stress management, workplace wellness, compassion fatigue, trauma informed care, mental health awareness, classroom behavior management/support, and much more. Workplace Wellness:

(30-60 min)

Learn how to help yourself and your employees take control of well-being to improve work-life balance and job success.

Thriving Caregiver

(1 hour)

Understand caregiving challenges and grief while discovering strategies to prevent burnout, specifically for non-professional caregivers.

Resilience Framework: Recognize, Restore, Reclaim

(1.5 hours)

Learn strategies to manage workplace stressors, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and burnout.

Trauma Informed Care

(3 hours)

Learn how trauma influences the brain, body, and behavior, and discover strategies for supporting individuals who have experienced trauma.

Thriving Community

(5 hours)

Enhance understanding of how stress and adverse experiences impact the mind and body while promoting a culture of wellness.

Little Learners: Big Feelings:

(2 hours)

Discover what infants, toddlers, and preschoolers communicate through behavior and learn strategies for regulation and connection. (Optional parenting workshop add-on available.)

Disruption to Direction: Classroom Strategies for Educators

(1-1.5 hours)

Provides teachers and staff with practical strategies to prevent and respond to challenging behaviors. (Optional parenting workshop add-on available.)

Fall FamFest

In addition to our ongoing training workshops, we were proud to host FamFest: Promoting Resilient Families, a meaningful and joy-filled community event that brings Brevard County families together through connection, play, and shared experiences. More than 60 families were served in 2025, with over 220 community members in attendance, enjoying games, team-building activities, crafts, food, and fun across a variety of interactive stations.

Lifetime Counseling Center’s Thrive Within campaign is designed to help individuals build resilience and improve their overall wellbeing by offering a variety of prevention and early intervention services including mental wellness training, support and psychoeducational groups, a family engagement event, and a 30-day mental wellness challenge called The Daily Thrive.
